PURPOSE:

The Senior Marketing Manager role is responsible for the adoption marketing campaigns and strategies that generate enrollment. They will be key in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create, execute, and track multichannel adoption campaigns that welcome and nurture our eligible population. This role would assist with the innovation and scale of our current adoption processes and embrace a test-and-learn approach to optimize current efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager role would also be responsible for creating buzz and adoption for new product rollouts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement personalized welcome and nurturing campaigns to guide eligible populations through each stage of the acquisition funnel, from awareness to enrollment.
• Develop and execute fresh and scalable adoption campaigns to drive adoption in collaboration with the Creative and Account Management team.
• Use data to build testing plans to optimize ongoing eligible population journeys that focus on personalization.
• Lead the marketing strategy for new product launches from ideation to execution, working closely with product and engagement teams to understand key features and benefits and translate them into compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with the data team and use dashboards to advise future programs and investment. Report findings and results to management and key partners.
• Support enrollment landing page and onboarding optimization plans.
• Explore and partner with the team on new marketing channel testing and scaling, and current channel optimization plans.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Experience with digital marketing strategy and/or engagement; ear for the voice of the consumer.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of building data-driven, multichannel, personalized user experiences; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Experience using marketing analytics and data to track, optimize performance, guide strategy, justify investments and make decisions.
• Strong ability to convey concepts creatively, logically, and concisely.
• Experience with UX optimization is a plus.
• Understanding of health care/health tech industry is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or English preferred.

Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing with demonstrated growth history and examples of past results.
• 3+ years in employee benefits and/or health-related industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
