Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We’re looking for experienced and passionate Data Analysts to join one of our agile analytics teams. Our ideal candidate is adept at modeling complex data, uncovering patterns, and delivering data-driven insights to help grow our business effectively and efficiently.In this role you’ll be a strategic partner, working closely with senior department leaders to define and execute data analytics strategies.In this role you’llBe part of the Analytics chapter, spending your day-to-day as the data expert in our Revenue teamBuild and maintain the data analytics infrastructure for accurate and timely reporting and sophisticated analysisSet measurable and strategic goals, and build new measurement and optimization capabilitiesInitiate analyses and deliver business insights that lead directly to Growth & Revenue improvementPartner with other data analysts, as well as team members from Partnerships, CRM & User acquisition to push through cross-functional data projectsWhat you’ll need5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a fast-growing consumer companyBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL, a mustProficiency in data visualization, a mustHands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Looker), strongly preferredKnowledge of Python or R, a plusExperience with common MarTech tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer), a plusKnowledge with marketing measurement and optimization framework (e.g. attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality tests)Familiarity with digital/offline marketing platforms and strategic partnerships, preferredStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with othersAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture*Unfortunately we cannot consider applicants from the following states: Colorado, California, Montana, Hawaii, New Mexico and Puerto Rico**Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for Work VisasLemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000- $145,000, plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
