We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Acquisition, Program Management & Logistics Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the My Service Benefits (MSB) program, which provides vital benefits information, planning calculators, and education and employment resources to Army and Air Force service members and their families.

Position: Senior Marketing/Communications Specialist - 100% Remote Opportunity
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $99,170.46 to $161,151.74

Location: Remote, with occasional travel required (up to 75%)

In this exciting role, you will utilize your expertise and collaborative skills to make a significant impact towards our military defense. Your responsibilities will include:
Representing the MyServiceBenefits (MSB) program at various venues, conferences, and training events
Presenting benefits information to audiences ranging from 10 to over 200 participants, both virtually and in-person
Providing training to active and reserve component Retirement Services Officers on website resources
Serving as a knowledge resource on all aspects of military benefits and retirement
Assisting with benefit calculations, preparing required paperwork, and creating briefing slides
Conducting outreach to military commands to increase awareness among active-duty military members and their families
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring military benefits-related media, and tracking changes in law and regulations
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field
10-12 years of experience providing presentations to various military audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Teams, WebEx, and other web presentation/meeting tools
Exceptional writing, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
Effective presentation, communication, customer service, critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines
Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment
