Senior Market Intelligence Specialist - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Market Intelligence Lead - REMOTE. In this role, you will spearhead research initiatives that shape the overall product strategy and market positioning. You will execute studies that leverage both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, extracting actionable insights that directly influence business decisions. Collaborating across multiple departments, your insights will elevate the way products are marketed and positioned to ensure alignment with company strategy and market demands. Your contributions will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market differentiation.
Accountabilities
• Lead market intelligence initiatives, including surveys and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Design and conduct research studies using varied methodologies to synthesize actionable insights.
• Coordinate research initiatives across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analyst Relations teams.
• Create comprehensive research materials and case studies to support sales enablement.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in market intelligence or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Ability to synthesize complex data for diverse audiences and clearly present insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a strategic focus.
• Effective collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• 2+ years in product marketing, product management, or competitive intelligence.
• Knowledge of unified communications and related technology markets.
