As the Senior Manager of Product Owners for PK1Cloud, you will lead and scale a high performing team responsible for delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the insurance industry. This is a strategic leadership role with direct influence over product direction, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Product Owners responsible for PK1Cloud applications and future initiatives.

Defining and enforcing best practices for backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication.

Partnering closely with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align product initiatives with company strategy and revenue goals.

Translating strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and prioritized feature delivery.

Driving customer centric product development by incorporating client feedback, industry trends, and regulatory changes into product planning.

Establishing KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.

Facilitating quarterly and annual product planning processes.

Improving cross-functional workflows to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Serving as the escalation point for complex product decisions and prioritization conflicts.

Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the product organization.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within SaaS environments

5+ years of experience leading or managing Product Owners or product teams

5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management

Ability to translate complex regulatory or insurance workflows into scalable software solutions

Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence technical and non-technical teams

Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform product decisions

Experience working with analytics and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, product analytics platforms)

Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience

Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter as needed
