Key Responsibilities:
Spend Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Dive deep into our spending patterns to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, cash flow improvement, and supplier consolidation. Utilize data-driven insights to drive smarter purchasing decisions that optimize our resources.
Strategic Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate preferred terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure optimal value and quality.
Strategic Sourcing: Lead the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers. Conduct thorough market research and drive the bidding process to secure partnerships that align with our long-term objectives.
Cost Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards. Leverage economies of scale, implement best practices, and explore alternative sourcing options.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with suppliers and supply chain disruptions. Develop robust contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and other functional teams to align purchasing activities with broader business objectives. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
