Position Summary...Join our Last Mile Delivery team in the Senior Manager, End-to-End Planning role to lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives, streamline operations, and drive cross-functional alignment. You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, implementing innovative solutions, and showcasing our team's impact to leadership.

What you'll do...

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs — from intake and planning through execution, tracking, and measurement of outcomes.
• Create, implement, and facilitate operational mechanisms that help the Strategic Programs team stay aligned, organized, and focused across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate strategic program intakes by managing requests from both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the right programs are prioritized and scoped effectively.
• Support cross-functional alignment by acting as a connector across the three pillars of the Strategic Programs team and maintaining team cohesiveness and shared understanding of goals.
• Organize and maintain central repositories of deliverables, documentation, and team resources, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Identify and drive efficiency improvements across processes, including integrating emerging technologies like AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Craft compelling executive-level presentations and updates, using strong storytelling to convey the purpose, progress, and impact of strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic support to active programs as needed, stepping in to assist with structure, coordination, and communication, with a pathway to future ownership.
• Plan and lead team planning sessions, offsites, and strategic alignment meetings, ensuring objectives are clear, actionable, and collaboratively developed.
• Mentor and influence program owners and collaborators, encouraging consistent application of storytelling and strategic framing in all program deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications Needed
• 4+ years of experience in strategic program management, tech operations, consulting, or a chief-of-staff type role, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with a proven track record of building and managing scalable mechanisms that promote operational clarity and discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing diverse intake sources, aligning leadership, and driving decisions across complex organizations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or high-level requests into structured programs, leveraging frameworks to develop clear roadmaps, goals, and milestones.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation development and storytelling, including the ability to create polished, visually compelling decks for senior and executive audiences.
• Experience planning and facilitating offsites, workshops, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring productive outcomes and alignment on next steps.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and the ability to jump in and support active programs hands-on when additional structure or leadership is needed.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and a passion for identifying innovative ways to bring efficiency and intelligence into program workflows.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00


Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
