Senior Manager of Demand Generation
Yooz is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Manager of Demand Generation to serve as the architect and operator of our North American demand generation engine. In this role, you'll drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across multiple verticals leveraging your skills in ABM, content marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.

As Senior Manager of Demand Generation at Yooz, you will:
⢠Scale the demand generation engine for designated verticals using ABM, content marketing, and integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue through our direct sales model
⢠Design and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channelsâemail, events, digital, and emerging platformsâwith clear focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
⢠Build 12-month strategic plans and execute campaigns 3+ months ahead, staying proactive while remaining agile to test new tactics and emerging technologies
⢠Create and manage sophisticated lead-nurturing programs that engage prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey
⢠Own messaging strategy for key verticalsâunderstanding what resonates with each industry and translating that into campaigns that accelerate deal velocity
⢠Join a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a growth mindset and player-coach mentality.
⢠Partner strategically with outsourced lead generation vendors and our internal SDR team to ensure alignment across the entire lead funnel and optimize conversion at each stage
⢠Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure Salesforce and marketing automation tools are optimized for tracking, reporting, and seamless lead management
⢠5+ years of demand generation or integrated marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies (fintech experience is a bonus)
⢠5+ years of proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
⢠Proven experience selling into or marketing to the C-suite (CFO, Controllers, or VP Finance roles preferred); deep understanding of how executive-level buyers make decisions
⢠Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute campaigns across multiple verticals. Preference for marketing experience in construction, manufacturing, professional services, or hospitality
⢠Deep hands-on experience with direct sales modelsâyou understand the unique dynamics of supporting direct sales organizations and optimizing the lead funnel accordingly
⢠Strong expertise in lead generation metrics, funnel optimization, and channel performance analysis; you're as comfortable diving into data as you are crafting strategy
⢠Proven track record managing agencies and creating compelling content while also being able to write impactful messaging yourself
⢠Strong leadership and mentoring skills with high emotional intelligence; you know how to inspire talent while maintaining a player-coach mentality
⢠Location: Remote
⢠Compensation: Base salary starting at $100k + bonus (Higher salary will be considered for highly qualified candidates)
