Senior Manager, Medicaid Provider Data Services

If so, Aetna has an exciting opportunity for you as our Senior Manager of Medicaid Provider Data Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and accuracy of provider data for our Medicaid business. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of provider data for Aetna's Medicaid business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective management of provider data
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data management processes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider data
Manage and mentor a team of data specialists to support provider data management
Monitor data quality and identify and address any discrepancies or errors
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Medicaid providers and regulatory agencies
Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data management and healthcare regulations
Lead projects related to provider data management, including system enhancements and data migration initiatives.
