Job Description • Manage and oversee the legal billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Develop and implement efficient billing processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors. • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal departments, to ensure seamless operations. • Prepare detailed billing reports for senior management and stakeholders. • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and effectively. • Train and mentor team members to ensure best practices and high performance. • Stay updated with industry trends and legal billing requirements to maintain compliance. • Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within the legal department. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Manager Legal Billing Operations should have: • A strong background in legal billing and operations within the Legal space. • Direct law firm experience • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. • Comprehensive understanding of legal and financial compliance standards. • Proficiency in billing software and financial management tools. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
