Responsibilities
Β Oversee a workstream within a consulting team advising Liberty Mutual's senior executives.

Β Design work plans for the workstream and collect data from various sources.

Β Craft compelling storylines that articulate findings, insights, and recommendations.

Β Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

Β Guide team and client stakeholders towards consensus and gain buy-in.

Β Communicate with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational action.

Β Support the development and coaching of Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants.

Β Contribute to CS&R initiatives such as recruiting and talent development.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree and MBA degree, or equivalent business background.

Β 3+ years of experience, including 1+ years of post-MBA experience.

Β Minimum 1-2 years of strategy consulting or relevant work experience.

Β Strong critical thinking skills and ability to apply judgment to broader issues.

Β Ability to leverage experience and analysis to influence others.

Β Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

Β Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Β Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
