Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy
Job Description: • Serve as the finance lead for DashMart business • Work with GMs and product leaders to size opportunities • Oversee financial reporting and forecasting • Hold cross-functional partners accountable to their financial plan • Mentor and develop new & existing talent • Advise executive team on resource efficiency • Build models and develop analytical frameworks • Ensure necessary processes, systems, and tools are in place Requirements: • 9+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company • 3+ years of team management experience • Experience owning budgets for major functional areas within an organization • Thrive in high-performance cultures, handle stress well • Embrace ambiguity, rapid change and learning • Lead by example and indirect influence • Proven ability to earn the trust of senior leaders • Experience building and reviewing highly complex models • Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, marketplaces and grocery (nice to have) Benefits: • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program
