Senior Manager, Customer Analytics

As a core member of the Product team, this role will partner with UX, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define metrics, build intuitive dashboards, and uncover opportunities that accelerate product innovation. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, product, and user experience—and enjoys owning insights from data sourcing to storytelling. You will report to VP, Analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, influence, and maintain core product KPIs that inform feature adoption, user engagement, retention, and business valueConduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, user behavior, funnel conversion, and feature usageDeliver product opportunity and prioritization recommendations through data synthesis and scenario modelingAnalyze results from A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product experiments and performance impactBuild and maintain self-serve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to support product team transparency and decision-makingCommunicate complex findings via visual storytelling, presentations, and concise executive summariesSupport data definition, documentation, and alignment across product and engineering partnersCollaborate with engineers to validate data pipelines, understand model outputs, and improve data integrityPartner with UX and PMs to triangulate quant + qual data for experience and journey optimizationContribute to a growing data culture and support implementation of best practices in analytics methodology and governanceRequired Qualifications5+ years in data, product, or business analytics roles with measurable impact on digital product performanceProficiency in SQL and Python for querying, analysis, and automationStrong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for dashboard creation and reportingDeep experience conducting behavioral, product, and retention analysis using large-scale dataExcellent communication and data storytelling skills, with experience presenting to product and executive stakeholdersExperience defining metrics, synthesizing data sources, and delivering insight in agile, cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise SaaS, B2B, digital commerce, or life sciences environmentsFamiliarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize)Knowledge of statistical methods, A/B testing, or causal inferenceExposure to data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)Top Outcomes (6–12 Months)Deliver a complete set of KPI dashboards across key product areasDevelop and operationalize product opportunity and prioritization modelsBuild a scalable analytics framework that supports experimentation, decision-making, and roadmap validationTools & TechnologiesSQL, PythonPower BI, TableauExcel, PowerPointJupyter, Git, ConfluenceAmplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics (nice to have)The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850.
