We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Cost Accounting with strong leadership and manufacturing accounting expertise.
ā Key Requirements:
ā¢ Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting & Manufacturing Accounting
ā¢ People Management / Team Leadership Experience
ā¢ Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing Industry Experience
ā¢ Strong US GAAP Knowledge
ā¢ SAP / SAP S4 HANA Experience
ā¢ Transfer Pricing & Inventory Reserves Experience
ā¢ ERP Implementation and Process Automation Exposure
ā¢ CPA and/or MBA Preferred
ā¢ Big 4 Audit Background Preferred
Responsibilities include leading inventory and cost accounting activities, partnering with FP&A, Supply Chain, Tax, and Audit teams, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, and driving ERP/automation initiatives.
