Senior Manager – Continuous Improvement
Job Description:
• Lead the implementation and maturity progression of the Altium Performance System (APS)
• Drive performance improvement through the structured deployment of APS elements
• Partner with Operations leadership to identify, prioritize, and eliminate operational losses
• Ensure APS tools and routines translate into measurable operational and financial performance improvements
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Plant Leadership to develop and execute structured loss elimination roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects that deliver sustainable performance gains
• Build operational excellence capability across the network
• Support the development and continuous improvement of APS standards, tools, and training materials
• Reinforce a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement across operations
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of manufacturing experience
• Significant exposure to Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence systems
• Experience leading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, or similar production systems
• Proven ability to lead change and influence across multiple levels of the organization
• Strong experience working directly with plant leadership teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and build CI capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
