Job Description: • Develop, implement, and track community outreach initiatives designed to increase MCO membership and trust; manage external experiential marketing agency. • Build and maintain partnerships with local healthcare providers, community leaders, nonprofits, and government agencies. • Identify key community organizations and coordinates outreach and event planning to promote organizational presence within the community. • Plan and execute community events, workshops, and marketing campaigns to promote health literacy and MCO services. • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive community relations activities to promote membership growth and retention. • Monitor, analyze, and report on outreach activities and community needs, making data-driven recommendations to improve engagement. • Oversee, train, and support a team of six Outreach Coordinators to meet enrollment goals, increase brand awareness and ensure high-quality service. • Manage operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implement workforce and succession plans to meet business needs. Requirements: • Bilingual Spanish/English • 5+ years of management experience • 5 years of working with community volunteers • 3 years working in health insurance and/or Medicaid • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
