Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at www.sophos.com.Role SummarySr Channel Program Manager responsible for designing and executing global partner programs across both SaaS and hardware portfolios. Owns key initiatives including deal registration, incumbency programs, tiered pricing, and NFR strategies for partners and distributors. Oversees the annual partner satisfaction survey for both managed and longtail partners. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales and marketing to drive partner enablement and go-to-market success, while cultivating strong relationships with resellers, MSPs, and other channel stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth. What You Will Do Work closely with channel ops when creating new partner programs to ensure operational requirements are designed and submitted properly.Develop reporting and dashboarding to support program initiatives and report back on successWork with global channel leaders in each theater to support a global distribution programMaintain the partner portal user experience & develop new strategies and operational processes around Deal RegistrationSupport Sr Director with special projects aligned to the Sophos GTM strategySupport project management initiatives with Distribution onboarding and API enablement. What You Will Bring 8+ years of experience in developing and executing channel strategies in the cybersecurity or SaaS industryFamiliarity with various cybersecurity technologies and their applications.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve channel objectives.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize channel program performance. Additional Information In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $105,000 to $175,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
