**Job Summary**
As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Data Stewardship (Merchandising, Customer and Site Experience) at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data strategies that enhance customer experience, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in data governance, analytics, and customer experience will help us make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Understand, articulate, interpret, and apply careerzynith's defined strategy to unique, moderately complex business problems that may span multiple functions or domains.
* Identify suitable data sources, perform data quality checks, establish and implement data governance practices, manage data quality issues, and maintain master data and metadata.
* Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues, develop business cases for projects, and translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Contribute to the expansion and governance of careerzynith's AI data agents, including Wally, by designing and implementing trusted, scalable data strategies that enhance transparency, accuracy, and user experience.
* Collaborate with data providers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the best data assets are selected, enriched, and made available for Merchandising needs.
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

* Experience with data analysis, data documentation, data quality monitoring and improvement, including SQL experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and understand their points of view
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment
* Strong customer focus and obsession with quality
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
* Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R)
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics
