Senior M&A Advisor (Commission-Only) – Tech-Enabled Business Brokerage

About the Role
We are actively seeking experienced Business Brokers to join Iconic’s growing national brokerage platform.
This is a commission-only role, designed for brokers who already understand the business brokerage process and want to increase deal flow, efficiency, and income by leveraging technology, AI, and a modern support infrastructure.
You will operate as an independent broker while benefiting from Iconic’s systems, tools, and brand.
What You’ll Do
• Source, manage, and close business sale transactions
• Work directly with business owners to prepare, market, and sell their businesses
• Qualify buyers and manage deal flow from listing to close
• Leverage Iconic’s technology, AI tools, and marketing systems to increase efficiency
• Build and grow your personal book of business without artificial caps
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking brokerage focused on innovation and results
Who We’re Looking For
This role is
You must have:
• Prior experience as a Business Broker or M&A Advisor
• A proven track record of closed business sale transactions
• Strong understanding of valuations, buyer qualification, and deal structuring
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Desire to scale your brokerage business using technology and systems
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including GAAP.
This role is NOT for:
• Entry-level candidates
• Individuals without prior business brokerage experience
• Real estate agents without business brokerage transaction history
