A Genie’s responsibilities include answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, engaging via email and text, and building meaningful relationships with prospects through responsive follow-up. Their efforts translate into scheduled tours and empowered decision-making, ultimately supporting community growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming sales calls, texts and respond promptly to email communications.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects and family members to build relationships and identify needs.
• Discover prospects’ and families’ needs, wants, and available resources by building rapport and asking effective questions.
• Clearly communicate the value of recommended solutions by demonstrating how they meet prospects’ and families’ needs.
• Log customer and contact information accurately using various CRM tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community services, amenities, pricing, and upcoming events through provided knowledgebase tools.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed key sales performance metrics.
• Act as an ambassador of the LeadGenie company culture, fostering a positive work environment rooted in empathy and teamwork.

Role Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience and working knowledge with CRM systems.
• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the senior living industry.
• 2+ years of professional experience working remotely over the phone with clients and prospects.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate across several screens or tabs while actively listening and accurately inputting information.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to connect with prospects of diverse backgrounds.
• College degree required.
• Must be based in the United States and fluent in English.
• Flexibility to work weeknights and/or weekends.

Technology Requirements:
• Must have your own laptop or desktop set up with a camera along with a quiet, clean, and professional workspace. LeadGenie will provide a headset.
• Minimum High Speed Internet Requirement: 150 Mbps
• Mbps download speed: average 100 Mbps
• The capability to hardwire to router
• Processor: Intel core i3 and above
• Minimum GB of RAM: 8
• A hard disc space of 120 GB+
• Windows 10 or newer or Mac OS Catalina or newer.
• Antivirus and spyware protection software
• Under no circumstance can one use a Chromebook/Notebook — all employees must have a laptop with a full PC operating system, optical drive and multiple slots and ports.

Other Terms:

Terms of Employment: At will, full-time or part-time permanent position.

Work Week: Normal call center office business hours and on call for emergencies. LeadGenie is open 7 days a week.

Work Location: Remote, and within the United States.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
