Senior Legal Counsel (w/m/d)
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support and assist in implementing a Buy-and-Build strategy, reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with various teams. Your responsibilities include Corporate Housekeeping, Corporate Compliance, advising on restructuring, acquisitions, financing, and contract drafting/negotiation, serving as an interface between in-house teams and external advisors, and driving the standardization of legal processes. Requirements Successfully passed the 1st and 2nd state law examinations. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the legal department of a company or in a comparable position in a law firm. Experience in Corporate Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, IT Contract Law, Terms and Conditions Law, or Compliance. Fluent in German and English.
