Job Description: Bitdeer is seeking an in-house Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in San Jose, CA. This individual will primarily focus on dispute resolution. Typical job responsibilities will include: • Lead and manage disputes involving the business, including strategy development, negotiations, litigation, and arbitration, with the aim of driving practical resolutions. • Partner with business teams to review end-to-end processes, identify risk areas, and design preventive measures or process improvements to reduce future disputes. • Act as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries and investigations, prepare response strategies, and ensure effective follow-through. • Review • Support management on other legal matters as assigned Qualifications: • Law Degree; Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. • Around 7 years experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in the dispute resolution sector. • Strong ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and handle unexpected issues with sound judgement. • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and high self-motivation. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Bitdeer is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with country, state, and local laws.
