Job Summary:
Acquire and manage key merchant accounts (large standalone accounts, multiple store/MID accounts, city/regional chains) for our payment solutions
Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and cross-sell other products to existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Ensure high-quality account acquisition, onboarding, and engagement with our payment solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Key Responsibilities:
New account acquisition for Paytm payment solutions, focusing on key outlets
Account management of existing clients, including regular visits, relationship-building, and issue resolution
Acquisition quality assurance, ensuring onboarded accounts are engaged with Paytm
Location: Pune, with potential travel to other locations as required
