Senior IT Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (I

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Security Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute by ensuring robust security measures and supporting enterprise-wide systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions that balance operational efficiency and protection.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT, security teams, and external vendors to manage systems security initiatives.

• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into actionable security measures and solutions.

• Implement and manage identity and access management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and governance.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure security solutions align with organizational standards and scalability.

• Support the lifecycle management of user access, including provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

• Develop and enhance security frameworks, including role-based access controls and segregation of duties.

• Conduct testing activities, including defect tracking and resolution, to validate functionality and security.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security protocols, requirements, and processes.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to audits and certifications.

• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements for security systems and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with expertise in systems security and identity management.
• Proficiency in analyzing and communicating complex requirements across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Experience with Ping Identity software or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery environments.
