Job Summary As a Senior iOS Engineer on our Flagship mobile team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS shopping app. You will work closely with our Product and Design teams to establish and drive the product vision, and collaborate with other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for exploring new technologies, establishing standards and best practices, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain our iOS shopping app, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet customer needs Collaborate with Product and Design teams to establish and drive the product vision Explore new technologies and trends in the retail and mobile space Establish standards and best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Mentor junior engineers and provide feedback on software designs and implementations Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, and work with the team to eliminate repeat occurrences Develop and maintain expertise in native iOS tools and frameworks, including Swift, UIKit, Xcode, and Instruments Distribute mobile applications via public app stores and/or enterprise channels Work with dynamic data using services, such as JSON and REST APIs Requirements Essential Qualifications 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in software design and development 3+ years of experience developing apps for iOS Experience developing in Swift In-depth knowledge of native tools and frameworks, including Swift, UIKit, Xcode, and Instruments Experience distributing mobile applications via public app stores and/or enterprise channels Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data using services, such as JSON and REST APIs Experience with test-driven development and software test automation Excellent debugging, performance, and optimization skills Good communication and teamwork skills, with strong organizational skills Strong sense of software architecture and ability to thrive in large codebases on large teams Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education Preferred Qualifications Experience following best practices in developing iOS apps at scale on large, distributed teams Deep expertise in Apple development, tools, and frameworks Experience with SwiftUI Experience working with modern Swift Concurrency Experience with authenticated sessions using OAuth and authentication tokens Experience developing highly successful apps that enjoy wide-scale distribution Experience with design/development/use of analytics solutions Experience with agile methodology What We Offer At Workwarp, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary: $85,500 - $153,900 per year Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more 401(k) plan Employee discount Short-term and long-term disability Paid sick leave and national holidays Paid vacation Work Environment and Culture We offer a flexible work environment, with remote and hybrid work arrangements available.
