As a Senior Internal Security Investigator, you will play a critical role in conducting non-field investigations of suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, utilizing your expertise to drive success and protect our organization's interests. Key Responsibilities Conduct non-field investigations of suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, including interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, and locating sources of information and witnesses. Evaluate information to determine its credibility and validity, and refer investigation assignments to outside agencies as necessary. Provide training and support to all departments in the claims handling process, ensuring that our associates are equipped to handle complex and sensitive cases. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our investigative goals, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Manage heavy claim volumes and stressful situations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including associates, management, and external agencies, through clear and concise written and verbal reports. Essential Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management and investigative software. Ability to manage heavy claim volumes and stressful situations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related field, such as insurance investigations, law enforcement, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures, including interviewing, evidence collection, and report writing. Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and laws, including those related to fraud detection and prevention. Certifications or training in investigative techniques, such as SIU certification or law enforcement training. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $28.79 - $56.08 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
