Responsibilities
• Develop and present innovative, high-end design concepts for residential and commercial spaces
• Lead project design phases from concept through completion
• Source premium materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with project vision
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain design integrity while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget
• Deliver work that meets the highest industry standards, reflecting AD100-level quality
Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury projects
• Expertise in concept development, space planning, and material sourcing
• Strong knowledge of high-end vendors, artisans, and suppliers
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple freelance projects
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
