A premier global immigration law firm is looking for an Immigration Paralegal with 5 to 7 years of high volume business immigration experience.
Job Description:
⢠Assist in all immigration matters with clients.
⢠Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
⢠Communicate regularly with partners and associates regarding procedural and case processing issues, assisting with the review of cases.
⢠Analyze case documents and prepare various types of applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
⢠Prepare non-immigrant visa petitions: B-1, B-2, E-2, E-3, H1-B, H-3, L-1, O, P, TN, J1.
⢠Prepare immigrant visa applications: PERM (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), 1-140, I-130, Adjustment of Status, DS-260.
⢠Prepare Naturalization petitions.
Requirements:
⢠Bachelor's Degree.
⢠5 to 7 years of high volume business immigration experience.
⢠Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes.
⢠Experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM.
⢠Excellent drafting skills.
⢠Strong ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Strong knowledge of INSZoom.
⢠Knowledge of Clio.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
