Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HVAC Office Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will support multiple HVAC contractors by managing their administrative operations and using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows. You will be a trusted partner who understands HVAC business challenges and helps owners achieve growth, efficiency, and better work‑life balance. What You Will Do Oversee administrative operations for multiple HVAC contractors, including scheduling, invoicing, and customer service Use AI‑driven tools to improve workflows and support business growth Share HVAC industry insights with the product team to enhance AI solutions Help contractors implement tools and processes to improve operational efficiency Adjust workflows and communication styles based on the needs of each contractor You're a Great Fit If You Have Proven experience in HVAC office management, especially within small businesses A strong understanding of HVAC operations and industry-specific challenges Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks, Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar tools Excellent organization and multitasking skills Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong remote relationships Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily workflows The ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment Nice‑to‑Have Experience supporting multiple businesses at once Strengths in workflow optimization and process improvement Interest in or experience with AI tools Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Functions Administrative, Customer Service, and Project Management Industries Information Services, Construction, and Consumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
