Senior HR Coordinator - Dragonfly Portfolio
Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, including many of the leading teams in the space. We're actively sourcing for an HR Coordinator for one of our portfolio companies, one of the most established crypto-native teams in the space. Not a leadership role. Not a strategy seat. You own the systems, run the processes, and do the work. Location Remote (Europe preferred, Middle East and US East Coast also considered) Role snapshot • Central operational engine of the People team, reporting directly to Head of People & Talent • Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and benefits administration • Own the HRIS as source of truth, conduct audits, maintain 100% data accuracy • Build and maintain HR SOPs across a global team • Deel experience strongly preferred Process • We'll review your application and assess fit for this role. • If there's a match, we'll facilitate a warm introduction to the team. • If the timing isn't right, we'll keep you in mind for future opportunities across the portfolio.
