Responsibilities • Partner closely with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and talent needs. • Influence people initiatives that drive productivity, retention, and engagement. • Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, engagement, turnover, and performance. • Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness. • Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and accountability. • Advise on talent gaps and workforce planning strategies. • Serve as the first point of escalation for employee relations matters. • Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion. • Support leaders through organizational change and process improvements. Requirements • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or generalist responsibilities. • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing without authority. • Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, SaaS, healthcare, or technology environments. • Experience supporting multi-location or global teams. • Experience with engagement surveys, performance programs, and organizational design.
