Provide analytical support for accreditation and regulatory agency audit activities
Utilize data analysis tools for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization
Collaborate with business partners to develop actionable insights from data analysis
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field of study (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science)
7+ years of experience working in data analysis
Commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy
Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies or anomalies in data
Ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical partners
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Experience in a healthcare organization or health insurer
1+ years of experience with Python and/or R
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
2+ years of experience with SQL
