Responsibilities
• Support DX Health Services by summarizing and analyzing data from multiple health systems.

• Gather and present trends and insights for Health Services leadership.
,
• Analyze data from various sources using statistical models.
,
• Perform collection and analysis of data through observations, interviews, and surveys.
,
• Produce visuals to effectively communicate study findings to business leaders.
,
• Complete system audits and reporting.
,
• Create reporting and financial models.
,
• Contribute to planning detailed studies of population health issues.
,
• Evaluate effectiveness of health interventions.
,
• Participate in program planning and monitor program progress through data analysis.
,
• Develop and test hypotheses about cast member populations related to health.
,
• Provide data and consultation to internal and external parties.
,
• Establish positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders.
,
• Ensure continuous improvement on all facets of projects through innovation and meeting timelines.

• Support technology and systems for Cast Health Services.

Requirements
• Strong analytical skills.
,
• Experience with systems and tools including MySQL, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), and analytical/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo).
,
• Foundational skills in math and statistics.
,
• Interpersonal and communication skills (both speaking and writing).
,
• Ability to partner with multiple business areas.

• Flexibility to work and meet deadlines.
