Senior Health Services Data Analyst
About the position Responsibilities • Support DX Health Services by summarizing and analyzing data from multiple health systems. • Gather and present trends and insights for Health Services leadership. • Analyze data from various sources using statistical models. • Perform collection and analysis of data through observations, interviews, and surveys. • Produce visuals to effectively communicate study findings to business leaders. • Complete system audits and reporting. • Create reporting and financial models. • Contribute to planning detailed studies of population health issues. • Evaluate effectiveness of health interventions. • Participate in program planning and monitor program progress through data analysis. • Develop and test hypotheses about cast member populations related to health. • Provide data and consultation to internal and external parties. • Establish positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders. • Ensure continuous improvement on all facets of projects through innovation and meeting timelines. • Support technology and systems for Cast Health Services. Requirements • Strong analytical skills. • Experience with systems and tools including MySQL, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), and analytical/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo). • Foundational skills in math and statistics. • Interpersonal and communication skills (both speaking and writing). • Ability to partner with multiple business areas. • Flexibility to work and meet deadlines. • Critical thinking skills. • Detail-oriented. Nice-to-haves • 3-5 years of applicable experience in population and health care analytics.
