Responsibilities
β’ Lead, coach, and hold accountable all marketing and content team members.
β’ Oversee weekly sprints, KPIs, and execution quality.
β’ Drive paid and organic teams to consistently meet lead-generation targets.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on offers, strategy, and execution direction.
β’ Monitor metrics and proactively adjust to sustain growth.
β’ Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
β’ Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
β’ Ensure flawless ad creation, optimization, and split-test execution.
Requirements
β’ 7+ years in a senior or director-level digital marketing leadership role.
β’ Experience managing multi-functional teams across paid ads, email, SEO, content, and video.
β’ Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
β’ Proven track record of hitting aggressive lead and revenue targets.
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching ability.
β’ Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
