If thatâs you, come join us!About the RoleAs a Senior Growth Marketer at Mangomint, youâll work alongside our Head of Growth Marketing on a small team of generalists who treat growth like a product: strategic, data-informed, and highly experimental. While you donât need a background in marketing, you do need to be a strong problem solver who knows how to structure a plan, analyze results, and make things happen.In this role you will run high-impact projects across the funnel, from improving website conversion rates to managing paid marketing channels, to occasionally getting scrappy with local outbound outreach (yes, even walking into salons or spas when it makes sense).
