This role focuses on developing compelling branding, packaging, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's values of quality and sustainability. Responsibilities: • Create and execute innovative design concepts for packaging, digital campaigns, and social media content. • Develop cohesive brand visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to align designs with business objectives. • Produce high-quality graphics for email marketing, website content, print collateral, and promotional materials. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment. • Stay current with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices to keep the brand's visual presence fresh and appealing. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the beauty, body care, or consumer goods industry. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, packaging design, and digital marketing assets. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch. • Experience creating designs optimized for both digital and print channels. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Passion for sustainable and ethical brand messaging is a plus. • Competitive salary • Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team. • Potential for growth
