Senior Graphic Designer (Digital Media)
Our client, a dynamic organization within the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong focus on digital media to join their team in Denver, Colorado, US . This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity and creative output of engaging projects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual assets for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and multimedia productions. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets, including web graphics, social media content, digital advertisements, email templates, and presentations. Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and production teams to translate ideas into impactful visual designs. Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and screen resolutions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital media and the arts & entertainment industry. Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external partners. Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Prepare assets for production and work with developers and vendors as needed. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to creative projects. Ensure designs are accessible and meet relevant usability standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a significant portfolio showcasing digital media work. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing for web and mobile interfaces. Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus. Excellent conceptualization skills and a strong aesthetic sense. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, as well as independently. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience working within the Arts & Entertainment industry is highly desirable. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.
