Working within a multidisciplinary creative team, you translate client goals into compelling visual storytelling that builds awareness and drives results. With a refined aesthetic and strong understanding of typography, layout, illustration, and art direction, you contribute from concept through execution, communicate timelines effectively, and stay closely connected to design and cultural trends.This role requires a collaborative, organized, and nimble designer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and manages priorities efficiently. You are confident sharing ideas, giving and receiving feedback, and mentoring others while continuously evolving your craft. Curious by nature and client‑focused, you bring original thinking to brainstorming sessions, quickly adapt to new brands and tools, and ask the right questions to deliver thoughtful, impactful work that aligns with marketing and business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce attractive and effective designs for all media to tell our Brands’ storyDeliver high quality, on-brand, scalable graphics solutions and ensure consistent quality content is delivered on time, every time.Edit and refine graphic designs into finished productsRegularly seek feedback and critique on work produced in order to further develop style and executionLiaise and lead effectively on client calls alongside the Creative Project Manager and other stakeholders.Support the wider team throughout the execution of campaigns and projectsParticipate during Creative team meetings and share ideasCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally within client and media group with other key stakeholders including People & Culture, Engineering, and Advertising.RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years as a Graphic Designer ideally working as part of a fast-paced Creative teamBachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design or associated subjectHighly skilled user of Adobe Creative Suite ProductsProficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.)Experience of agile working in a fluid, customer focused environmentStrong English skillsWeb/UI/UX experience a significant plus but not essentialAdvertising or Marketing agency experience is a significant bonus but not essential.Strong and effective communicator (written, spoken and visual) that can defend design decisions based on data not opinion.
