The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing for digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of high-performing ad creatives across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketers, content strategists, and developers to bring impactful visuals to life.Key Responsibilities:Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social and display campaignsDevelop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social mediaWork with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative conceptsEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goalsMaintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all projectsManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing settingStrong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable successProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design/prototyping tools is a plusSolid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typographyFamiliarity with performance marketing and data-driven design principlesComfortable working remotely and available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:Familiarity with A/B testing creative variantsExperience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B clients
