You will build and manage highly impactful Google Ads acquisition campaigns and have an enthusiasm for testing growth opportunities to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage a $1M+ budget and have a meaningful impact on the performance of the company.✨ Key Responsibilities:Manage multi-million $ SEM budgets optimizing towards long term scale and profitabilityManage and optimize best-in-class Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, Demand Gen, Pmax, YouTube and other to achieve business goalsAnalyze campaign performance data and onsite and funnel metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to ensure pacing to targets whilst driving incremental business growthSet the strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently, while prioritizing effectivelyPlan and implement experiments incl. A/B & MVT tests of campaign variables to increase the efficiency of campaign budgets and drive ROI improvementsRecommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on creative and landing page optimizationsTrack KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPI and communicate performance and recommendations for continuous improvement to the relevant business stakeholdersConduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth pointsActively collaborate with colleagues from other teams (creative, product etc.) to achieve performance goals and maximize ROIMaintain partnerships with paid search ad vendors (e.g. Google & Microsoft) and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, and share insights with the team to improve overall performance✨ The ideal profile:4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization, including Google Display and Demand Gen, is a plus to have experience in MetaExperience managing budgets of at least five digits per monthAutonomy and a strong ability to proactively generate impactful solutionsStrong focus on performance and delivering resultsExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlinesProficiency in English - B2 or higher levelExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and ClarisightsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessaryExperience with other media buying solutions such as DSPs, paid social and native ads platforms or Apple Search Ads would be highly beneficialA strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plansTrack record of successful change and project managementStrong attention to detail and experience in leveraging data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and optimize product performancePassion for learning and self-improvement✨ First Quarter Expectations:The specialist has understood all the metrics and knows our processes and reportsThe specialist independently manages the project, adheres to best practices, achieves the target ROI, and knows how to scale and cut volumes when necessaryThe specialist leads an additional Area of Responsibility, suggests ideas and improvements, knows how to analyze competitors, and makes data-driven decisionsCandidate journey⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Skills assessment--> ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
