The Role
Campaign Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
Data Analytics: Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and targeting.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Google Ads in doing paid search and display ads management
Proficient with G Suite
Experienced with Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tool
Baseline knowledge of Asana or similar project management tool
Great written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work EST
