Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot agents, and Anthropic-based solutions. Choose the appropriate model and approach for each use case, balancing quality, speed, and cost. Design and maintain reusable prompts, instructions, and workflows to standardize AI usage across projects. Contribute to the adoption of modern engineering practices combining AI capabilities with strong quality and review processes. Ensure best practices in software quality, security, and scalability. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, following a spec-driven development approach. Mentor other engineers and promote technical excellence. Participate, review, help and take care of the projects where your teammates are involved. Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies. Be up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.
