POSITION SUMMARY
We seek an experienced, passionate, and resourceful Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our web team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to design, develop, and optimize web and backend services. You will play a key role in transforming our web platform into a scalable, high-performing solution while maintaining best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.

This position will ideally be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site, though a remote arrangement is possible. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the transformation of the web app from its MVP phase to a scalable, robust, and maintainable web app.
Drive web performance optimization initiatives and establish benchmarks for future excellence.
Collaborate with web platform engineers to deliver and uphold enterprise-grade architecture standards.
Collaborate and mentor other engineers while providing thoughtful guidance using code, design, and architecture reviews.
Debug production issues across our services infrastructure and multiple levels of our stack.
Develop and deliver new features with end-to-end ownership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience developing and maintaining React+Typescript web applications within a large-scale engineering environment.
Led or collaborated with a team to evolve an MVP web app into a robust, scalable solution.
Understanding of backend technologies and languages. Prior experience with C# or Kotlin, Kafka, and SQL would be a plus.
Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
Experienced in developing and executing functional and integration tests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
