Summary: As a Senior Full-Stack WordPress Developer you’ll work on complex WordPress builds integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise tools. You’ll collaborate with a stable, growth-oriented organization that values clean code, DevOps maturity, and front-end performance. You’ll also contribute directly to projects where we’ve modernized the stack — migrating from Elementor to GreenShift, which is now our critical front-end framework.Responsibilities & Priorities:WordPress DevelopmentBuild custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch — no reliance on page builders like ElementorImplement pixel-perfect, responsive websites from Figma/Adobe XD designsDevelop custom post types, taxonomies, and field structuresOptimize for performance, accessibility, and SEOUse GreenShift blocks and tools as the core of the on-page stackIntegration & Technical LeadershipArchitect and implement Salesforce REST API integrations (forms, data sync, automation)Build and maintain REST API connections to third-party systemsLead DevOps practices including CI/CD and testing workflowsTroubleshoot complex WordPress issues across frontend and backendMaintain a high-quality codebase with unit and end-to-end tests using Playwright + JestCollaboration & DocumentationCollaborate via Confluence, JIRA, and GitHubParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectivesDocument technical decisions and maintain repo hygieneContribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developersRequirementsTechnical Experience 8+ years of professional WordPress development experienceStrong portfolio of custom WordPress builds (please include)Demonstrated experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce REST APIsExpert-level skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Deep familiarity with the WordPress REST API, custom post types, and ACFMust-have: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD for WordPressExperience with Playwright in Jest for automated testingComfortable with Git, npm, webpack, and modular dev practicesProfessional TraitsExcellent written and verbal English communicationSelf-starter with an ownership mindsetAvailability during core EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with some flexibilityHigh attention to detail, quality-focusedComfortable in an Agile team environmentBenefitsWhat’s in it for you: Base Salary: US$ 25,000 to 30,000/yearPaid Time Off & Health CoveragePermanent full-time position in a well-established companyStable projects with modern infrastructure and high standardsFriendly, international team that values collaboration and performanceRemote-first culture with flexible working arrangementsHow to ApplyPlease submit:Your resume, highlighting relevant WordPress and Salesforce experiencePortfolio or GitHub links to recent projects (especially with Salesforce/REST API)A brief cover letter explaining why you’re a fit for this roleThe Credit Pros welcomes all applicants regardless of race, gender, orientation, gender identity or expression, economic class, color, ability, disability, age, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, or status.
