Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer

DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to lead development of our analytics dashboard. You’ll design, build, and maintain Rails APIs, background jobs, and database schemas that power data-rich React components and interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, front-end developers, and infrastructure to rapidly push new features from ideation to production.This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence architecture, user experience, and coding standards. While we’re targeting senior engineers, we’re open to strong mid-level candidates who demonstrate leadership, ownership, and a passion for full-stack craftsmanship.Team, Culture, and ProductWe're a small engineering team looking to grow. We're a remote-only organization with most of the engineering team working from US timezones. We aim to help mobile app developers make data-driven decisions about their marketing in a secure, privacy-centric, user-friendly way.
