Senior Full Stack Developer (SEO / SEM / Web Design Experience Preferred)
Digi Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise, leadership-level communication skills, and extensive experience managing client-facing projects and relationships.
This role is for a highly capable developer who is confident owning projects from strategy through execution while helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
The ideal candidate has several years of professional development experience, strong SEO/SEM understanding, agency-level execution ability, and a forward-thinking mindset around AI and automation.
Responsibilities
• Lead development and maintenance of websites, landing pages, and web applications
• Build scalable front-end and back-end systems
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, UX, and conversions
• Implement SEM/PPC landing pages and tracking systems
• Oversee integrations, hosting, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal marketing and strategy teams
• Communicate directly with clients regarding projects, timelines, and performance
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Help oversee workflows and mentor junior team members
• Research and implement AI-forward solutions and automation opportunities
Qualifications Required:
• Strong professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frameworks
• Back-end development experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar
• Strong WordPress and CMS experience
• Experience with APIs, integrations, hosting, and deployment
• SEO and website optimization knowledge
• Strong portfolio of completed client work
• Extensive experience working directly with clients
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Positive attitude and ownership mentality
Preferred:
• Agency experience
• SEM/PPC landing page experience
• UI/UX and conversion optimization knowledge
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager experience
• AI workflow and automation familiarity
• Experience mentoring or leading developers
