Senior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel / MySQL) – Urgent Production Stabilisation & Enhancements

We are looking for a highly experienced, fast-moving Full-Stack Developer to assist with urgent work on a live production web application This is not a greenfield build. The application is already deployed to production and actively used by business users, so speed, accuracy and discipline are critical. Access will be provided via a secure remote PC environment. The developer must be comfortable working in an enterprise-controlled setup. Key Requirements Strong experience with Laravel / PHP Solid MySQL / database knowledge Comfortable working with production and staging environments Ability to troubleshoot data-related bugs in live systems Proven ability to work quickly, independently and with focus Dedicated time to this project (not suitable for part-time / low-availability freelancers) Scope of Work (High Level) The work will focus on the following three priority action items: 1. Staging Environment Alignment The application is live in production. The staging environment must be rebuilt and aligned to mirror production, particularly from a database perspective. All future development must occur in staging first, be validated, and only then promoted to production. Current deployment scripts perform destructive table clears, which must be reviewed and corrected to ensure no production data is wiped during deployments. 2. Product Filter Enhancement (UI / UX) Add a product filter to the contract page to allow users to easily filter products within an open contract. The filter should be accessible via a button positioned at the top of the page. A visual reference will be provided to guide expected behaviour and placement. 3. SSD Actuals Bug Investigation Investigate and resolve an issue where LY QTY / POT QTY values are correctly populated for some customers but not for others. The issue relates to data sourced from the customer_products table. SQL results confirm the data exists, but the values are not consistently reflected in the UI. Root cause analysis and a robust fix are required (not a workaround). Important Notes This is a live production system – care, testing and approval are mandatory. No changes may be deployed to production without explicit approval from the company representative. Developer must be highly responsive, delivery-driven and committed to resolving the issues end-to-end.
