Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer & Product Owner to own and drive the development of our real-time Python application. This role involves leading a team of developers, managing timelines, and collaborating closely with a project manager to ensure successful execution.
The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert in Python and Node.js but also a strategic leader who can balance hands-on development with team management, product ownership, and roadmap execution. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-availability, real-time environment and can optimize communication frameworks for AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Technical Leadership & Team Management
β’ Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
β’ Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation, working closely with a Project Manager to align development with business objectives.
β’ Own the architecture and design of scalable, real-time communication systems using Python, Node.js, Redis, containerization, and cloud technologies.
β’ Drive continuous improvement in development processes and system performance.
β’ Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications.
β’ Full Stack Development
β’ Drive the design and development of our existing scalable real-time communication systems using Node.js, Python, containerization, Redis, and other relevant technologies.
β’ Experience with asynchronous programming / multi-threading.
β’ Ensure low-latency, high-availability communication pipelines for AI-powered applications and services.
β’ Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in real-time communication technologies and AI integration.
β’ Experience with a variety of Python packages, including the following:
β’ Asynchronous Programming and Web Frameworks: FastAPI, Uvicorn, Aiohttp, Asyncio

Required Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Python and Node.js.

β’ Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
β’ Proficiency with Redis, and real-time communication frameworks.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical initiatives.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with project managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with AI/ML integration, especially in natural language processing.
β’ Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and cloud storage solutions.
β’ Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
β’ Experience with database systems and data processing libraries.
