We want to give you a front row seat.About this teamGame7 is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with Web3 experience to contribute to new and existing products immediately. The role requires a highly skilled JavaScript, React, and TypeScript developer to take ownership of new Web3 application features and support ongoing improvements to existing products, collaborating with the existing frontend team. This person should have experience building and shipping production-level web applications from design systems such as Figma and be able to write and maintain documentation.What you’ll help us buildTranslate wireframes from Figma into high-quality front-end codeArchitect and code new user-facing features using React & TypeScriptBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for future useBuild and manage NPM packagesLead sprint planning and standups to discuss priorities and manage issuesOptimize components for maximum performance across all modern browsersMaintain documentation and write automated tests to ensure a quality productRegularly monitor and improve app performance, diagnose and fix bugsDesign graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemapsIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct adjustments based on user and stakeholder feedbackYour craftThe ideal candidate is organized and productive in a fast-paced environment. They have experience with Web3, APIs, and Serverless Execution Environments and are passionate about building modern and intuitive user interfaces. They have a strong experience of React and Web3 projects developed on EVM-compatible blockchains like Ethereum and Polygon, as well as non-EVM chains such as Solana. This candidate should be able to work autonomously and is comfortable in a startup-like environment.Software Engineer +5 years of experienceFigma, React, and TypeScript proficiency with an expert understanding of Javascript ES6Understanding of mobile responsiveness, CSS Grid, Flexbox, etc.You are active in crypto and have previously built Web3 enabled applicationsYou live and breathe APIsYou have contributed to open source projectsYou are familiar with and have production experience with Cloudflare, AWS or GCP.You can demonstrate the ability to ship beautiful products and meet deadlinesAbility to write well-documented, clean code, and have excellent attention to detailYou use automated testing tools, browser-based debugging, and performance testing tools daily, and can implement CI/CDYou prefer to code but can understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsYou are obsessed with performance and have a desire to build fast, functional, and innovative web applicationsYou are highly capable of time management, project management, and working autonomouslyTeam spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersIf you think you have valuable experience to bring to the organization, but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria for the role, we still want to hear from you.
